Differences between UV and LED Lamps?
The UV (UltraViolet Light) nail lamps are the industry standard. These lamps will cure all different brands of UV gel nail polishes, with each coat taking approximately 2minutes to dry.
LED Lamps +£10 (Light-Emitting Diodes) have the ability to cure gel nail polish at a quicker rate of 30-40seconds per coat, making them much more time effective. NYK1 Nailac polishes work perfectly with LED Lamps, however not all gel polish brands are LED compatible.
The design of LED Lamps allows them to be much more compact, whilst never having to replace the bulbs like in some UV Nail Lamps.
